Text - Andrew Taylor Andrew Taylor Follow Replying to @otteradrift @HawksmoorMCR Heard a similar thing from tech once, story goes someone accidentally wiped the live database or similar and was understandably scared they'd be fired. instead the boss said, "why would I fire you, I just spent thousands of dollars training you."

Text - YourFavBlackAuntie Follow @greendoondoon Replying to @Andrew_Taylor @otteradrift @HawksmoorM CR I once by accident released a £90k payment for work that hadn't been delivered. I was sure I was going to get a formal warning, but my PM was like, "how about you develop a series of steps so this doesn't happen again."

Text - Jack Salter Follow JackBSalter Replying to @HawksmoorM CR @rocketandsquash Not quite on the same scale but the same thing happened to one of my staff once... best thing was the guest brought it back and complained that it was wrong after one glass! We then decided it was a good opportunity to taste a rare wine as a team!
